Alexa is a freelance food stylist currently residing in Dubai. She developed her professional skills at the Institute of Culinary Education in New York. She has a truly unique global style working with brands from the Middle East, Europe, USA and Asia. Her extensive client list includes Unilever, Nestle, Brooke Bond Tea, DTCM, Emirates Airline, Dubai Food Festival and ENDB, as well as a diverse roster of restaurants such as Applebee's, Leopold's Of London, Serendipity, IHOP, Khubz & Meleh and Soulfull to name a few.

Alexa always has an eye out for innovation and future trends. Her recent collaborations with a selection of clients utilize AR (Augmented Reality) 3D food menus which entails precise food styling to capture the dish from every angle. She is among the first to offer this service to all her clients.
